Should foreign criminals be rewarded for their crimes?

Vote the idiots out. Prisoners must go to prison not holiday camp. Prison should be a place of hard labour,strictest discipline and have a structured regime for reform. These aspects must be reviewed on an individual basis and further punishment for those that do not conform. Any officers of the law/state that abuse the positions of authority will join them. When an offender is released, he must think "great, I have new skills and a second chance and I never want to go back there again."
