Picture of bump on my eye, i dont know what it is ! HELP?

It looks like either a cyst or a stye.Someone has already told you about how to heal a cyst.But for a stye put a warm compact and keep it on for 10 minutes.And if that does not work then you should try what the other guys said about a cyst.
