Name this Spanish food?

Me and my friend Sabrina need to figure out the name of this recipe!!! Right now or we can't figure out how to make and we'll fail!! It's from Spain, and the basic info our book gave us was that," It is a strawberries heavilly coated with whipped cream." I think it began with the word fresco... PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP!!!!!
