If there is a question lurking in this, it is not at all clear what it is. It is necessary to distinguish between a scientific theory -- a mapping between a situation and a particular predicted outcome, developed from experimental observations and confirmed by correct predictions -- from a theory in general conversation, which is simply speculation.
