Council Tax have to go to court?

ok i've never been to court before. i'm a self employed single mother. i couldn't pay my council tax. i owe �360. what should i expect in court tomorrow? should i make an offer of monthly repayments? should i pay something on the day like �50? I'm kind of worried about it.
