I'm writing a book and I need....?

Okay, it's during the medieval times and I sort of have an idea. Like, of princesses and knights and peasants and all that stuff. But, life threatening stuff happens and all of the teen stuff. So, I need help. I'm desperate!!!! (writer's block)
