I need ACL surgery on both knees, and i'm super scared about how it will go and what will end up of it.?

i am very fit, and athletic. i tore both of my ACL's and it hurts super bad now and now i have ACL sugery planned in a month, (they couldn't get me in earlier) so i am sitting here, nothing to do, aching and crying in pain and in terror of what will happen before during and after sugery. please any help is accepted. Please to all experienced ACL patients/ACL surgeons! your help is greatly appreciated! :/
