I have a baby sitter crisis

I just started a new job but every single day I'm worried that I wont have a babysitter. I had 3. One is on vacation, one is always busy, and one just got fired for sleeping all day with two toddler boys in the house unattended. I cant afford daycare its well over half my pay. What can I do? I cant get any help from dhs either.
