How much more do i neeed done please help throat and ****?

ok ive had crazy thngs done.ive had 2 nasal fibre optic laryngel scopes done and i had a barium swallow test done. i always push my neck in like my adamsa apple i feel that something is wrong with that cause ifeeel like im alwayas being chocked and difficulty breathing threw mouth my shortness of breath isnt normal they told me my brewathingf was normal i know its not it cant be what other thigs should i have done i feeel that something is wrong in my neck what can it be from constant touching 7 months andpushig adams apple in and hyoid bone clicking i never feel food go down nor is my swallow even normal imi 18 male non smoker
