Could I get into any of these Universities?

For undergrad, there are very few schools that are actually difficult to get into if you have decent grades. Given your area of interest, though, you might want to target the more "media-oriented" schools. In Vancouver, this would be Simon Fraser University (in the suburb of Burnaby), which is arguably also more sports-oriented than UBC; in Toronto, York University and in Montreal, Concordia University (for English-speaking students, anyway).
