Can Peeps rate this deck 1-10.And will it win tournaments?

Remember the key rule, don't have too many copies of the same card. You have a good number of cards to have in a tournament but you must have a wider variety of cards. I would rate this deck a 8/10. It would do you some good in tournaments but add those adjustments.
