As long as Mayweather holds his position and fights when, who and where?

...he chooses to fight he is in control as in the present situation. All eyes are on him! So, if the fight eventually comes off after he thoroughly manipulates the situation, would you consider him a Coward or a Shrewd Business Man (especially if he beats Pacman like he stole something)?
