Please help! My cat is really sick, can you help me?

I found my cat outside and he was extremely dizzy. My husband said he threw up all of his food and that it was a lot of food. He also told me he saw maggot eggs on his leg and around his and tail. I only thought maggots eat dead tissue. He was completely fine this morning when I left. No behavioral changes or anything. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem with my cat? Please help me. I cannot get to a vet at this time. There are no vets close to where I live and the only ones kind of near are closed. I'm really desperate!
