I need some help! Please answer I really need help!!?

Ok, to start off, my high school SUCKS at sports, and I am in 7th grade, in middle school. My family all wants me to move schools to this city school in the same town, that's really good at sports, and I will most likely get a full ride for basketball. My best best best bestest friend is moving there at the same time I woul. But, I have worked all my life to buile up my "Popularity" and I know alot of people in high school I am friends with, I even know the teachers. My parents said I can move back the day I want to,but they really want me to transfer to this middle school. Should I?
